While fans would love to know of the whereabouts of Grand Theft Auto 6 , the truth is that the studio is keeping very quiet about whether it's even in development. The report even says that there is a possibility that this date could be wrong, given that GTA 5 was delayed to late But the news still points towards some glimmer of hope for at least a launch year.

With the disastrous launch of Grand Theft Auto: Definitive Edition last November, fans are no doubt hungry for something new in the franchise.
