Blast, surely someone has done it. Is it just the mmc support for adding and removing addresses or the full exchange server manager. It appears that if you want the server manager then it's tough luck. Works every time now. For those of you that use ADUC shortcuts all i did after performing the esmvista.

ESM is working fine on my Windows 7 32 bit workstion. MSI Any ideas? Solution for Windows 7 64bit users. Create desktop shortcut to Active Directory snap-in. Run the Batch File and Enjoy! Now run the shortcut from your desktop… Now you have the exchange tabs in the user account. You need to install other prerequisites manually.
