Kudos for any of you who tried. I Have the same problem with the picture uploader even had ebay on the phone to help me resolve this everything they told me to do did not work so they said that they would look into the problem.
I really hope this can be resolved, even when I use basic uploader all of my picture do not upload. I have been at this all day with no results.
I reported the problem at am this morning. After getting disconnected twice I got the eBay rep to replicate the problem on her own computer system. She said that it was working ok on Google Chrome for those of you who have that option instead of using IE.
I'm not sure how Firefox is doing with it. She gave the canned 72 hour fix response and I told her exactly what all veteran sellers think of that. I have also been able to get single individual listings done after rebooting but who wants to do that all of the time. Another frustrating experience with eBay which refuses to take responsibility for anything at any time.
I am having same problem, and have tried using both IE and Chrome. Only basic uploader works. I did install the new Flash player, even though it said I already had it. Did the cleaning cache, re-booting, signed on to ebay from address bar not from favorites nothing seems to work. Yes, another glitch-hope it gets fixed soon! Maybe eBay is wanting us to only upload 1 photo now, and to use a third party for the others?? Try closing the upload window, reclick the box on the listing page, and just try Basic without first trying Standard.
It did work for me. When needed, I have to use Photoshop Elements or Picassa first. I went to last years eBay on Location in Philly or was that the year before? While there, many times I suggested a dedicated I. All I got were the "Yeah, that's a great idea", "Definitely something to look into. I dont understand why ebay keeps messing with the picture system.

Well the sucess with Adobe Flash working was shortlived! It only worked for a very short time and crashed. Adobe Flash continues to crash.
I was on the Adobe Flash help page and was going to try the disable Accelerated hardware - but - the flash logo to click to do that - well - it was not showing??? I am so fr ustrated Can you tell us what version of Internet Explorer you are using? That can be found under 'Help' in your Internet Explorer toolbar at the top.
This will give us an idea what is happening. My assumption is that it may appear that Adobe has not established a new version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer 11 just yet. If you are currently using Internet Explorer 11, you might be better off to roll back to Internet Explorer 10 for the time being.
Hi powerpc, I am new- well- a ffew months on Win7 new machine Clicked on that and I get the Google page asking me: Come here often- Make google your home page. Is it possible I don't have it? I should have it? The Flash player has the current versions. Google is a search engine, there are others but again irrelevant here, browsers can use many different search engines. You're running FF and probably have auto update enabled, it is enabled by default in FF and is common they do that, you're probably running Version 25 at this point.
A new version is released FF automatically installs it, you don't necessarily want to do that. Myself I use FF and for now I've held at version 19 for various reasons, I test later versions as they are released then back off to latest stable version as necessary.
Doing so isn't always necessary, backing off to previous version, but last few have had issues so for now 19 it is. Download it to your desktop then close FF, click on the setup file and follow prompts. Once its done open FF go to "Tools" then "options" then "Advanced" section then the "update" tab, untic the circle for "Automatically install updates".
That will prevent it from automatically installing new versions as they are released, you don't want to be on the Release update channel nor do you want to be on the beta release update channel, update only on your own terms. Quick note about version change, None of your bookmarks or history will be effected by going back one or several versions, you can jump forward or back versions without skipping a beat far as your personal settings go. Now run it a few days see if that corrects all of your issues, you'll probably find it has but if not return let us know.
Hi Dan, I am on the dowload page a t FF - sounds stupid but i have the dialog box on the screen and asks if I want to "run" - will it give me a option to save to my desktop? Either would work but I prefer "save", then I can run when I want to and added benefit I have the file if I need it again later, I tend to save the last half dozen latest so I can change at will not have to dl file again.
