Plaintiffs in the legal action include Morton, Oldach Window Corp. The Oldach entities are in bankruptcy in Nebraska, according to the notice.

The suit claims those companies were involved in the manufacture and sale of allegedly hazardous Tiltmaster windows. The windows included an acrylic sealant called M, which was made by Morton, as a back bedding. The plaintiffs contend "certain damages" resulted from the use of M in the windows, according to the notice. Morton has "denied and vigorously defended" against those allegations.
